The goals of the processing are decided by our customers, not by intellify. This makes the Customer the Data Controller. Thus, when intellify processes personal information on behalf of its Customers, we must do so in accordance with applicable data protection laws for Data Processors.

In short, the Customer and intellify are required to cooperate to ensure the privacy of data subjects. intellify provides the Customer with the necessary information so that the Customer can act in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
